At Infills Mechanical, our work is only as good as the technicians, plumbers, and electricians on our team. When we hire, we hire carefully — and we look for the same things in every role:

• Licensed and qualified in your trade (Red Seal, journeyman, or apprenticeship in progress)
• Customer-first attitude — most of our work happens inside someone's home
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Willing to be background-checked and uniformed on every job
• Honest about what you do and don't know — we'd rather train than have you guess
